Breast Milk is a Liquid Gold for babies

Breast milk is the ideal source of nutrition of a new born. It is also known as “Liquid Gold” because of its incredibly great content, it adjust according to what baby needed the most. It is primarily composed of different vitamins, minerals and more. It is produced through mammary glands, located in the breast of a female human. This yellowish color that comes first in mother’s breast is known as colostrum.

The complete nutrients baby needed are found in breast milk, growth immunity, nutrients, and brain development vitamins and minerals. World Health Organization (WHO) recommends exclusive breastfeeding for at least six (6) months and most likely up to two (2) years and beyond.
